How to Request Student Records

School districts and charter schools should make requests via the Texas Records Exchange (TREx) system.

Parents and former students (18 and older):

  1. Email laura.lopez@laetx.org with the subject "Records Request."

  2. Include student name, date of  birth, and the records you are requesting (i.e., last report card, LPAC, Special Education, etc.)

  3. Specify the date needed and if you prefer to pick up or receive via email.

  4. Provide a phone number where you may be contacted.
