Competitive Salary
La Academia de Estrellas offers a starting salary of $63,000 for first-year teachers with annual increases based on years of experience. Additionally, La Academia de Estrellas offers stipends or bonuses for teaching hard-to-staff subjects, obtaining advanced degrees, performing supplemental duties, or demonstrating growth in student outcomes. In addition, LAE offers an array of employer-paid and employee-paid benefits, including medical/dental/vision; retirement through TRS; life insurance; supplemental medical plans; professional development opportunities; and more.
