Every child deserves to attend an excellent school, and providing that certainly takes a village! Our Governing Board is part of our village, and Board members volunteer their time to support La Academia de Estrellas in many ways.

Here’s a brief list of some of the things they do:

• Policymaking
• Hiring the Superintendent
• Approving budgets
• Approving curriculums
• Assessing compliance with policy standards
• Setting the school calendar
• Community advocacy

LAE appreciates all of the support the Governing Board provides us throughout the school year. Please join us in expressing our gratitude for the work they do.
