Mrs. Williams currently serves as a first grade teacher and has been with LAE since 2011. Her primary responsibilities include providing a safe and welcoming learning environment where all students are successful. She brings with her extensive knowledge in educating the whole student, including learning differences and the social-emotional well-being of each child.
Mrs. Williams is married to Frank and has two children, Emily and Colt. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking and traveling.

Mrs. Moreno was born and raised in Dallas, TX. She currently serves as a bilingual first-grade teacher. Being a child’s advocate and helping them realize their own potential is her greatest joy in teaching! Prior to joining the LAE staff in 2012 as a kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Moreno was a high school advisor for Education is Freedom at her alma mater, Townview Magnet Center, where she assisted students with the college application process. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction and looks forward to graduation in summer, 2019.
Mrs. Moreno has been married to Mr. Jose Moreno for 18 years. They have 3 children: Jason, Dalila and Leah. She has been a member of her church choir for 19 years and is also a Sunday school teacher. In her spare time, she loves to read, color, travel and, most of all, spend time with her family.

Mrs. Abousaid has served as one of the two bilingual teachers for first grade since 2017. Her primary responsibilities include being first grade’s team leader. She brings with her the ability to communicate with Spanish speaking students and parents. Prior to joining the LAE staff, Mrs. Abousaid first grade bilingual at a school in Mesquite, Texas for 2 years. When switching careers, Mrs. Abousaid was an Instructional Assistant for two years at LAE.
Mrs. Abousaid was born in Guanajuato Mexico and moved to the United States when she was three years old. She loves to spend time with her family and travel as much as possible.
